Terms and training rules
We aim to give you a positive training experience at Suffolk Country Dog Training (SCDT), so please read these terms and conditions. By booking any training, you're agreeing to them.
Payment for classes and one-to-one sessions is arranged with you directly once you've met Kate. Nothing is paid through this website. Please make sure the dates suit you before you book.
We understand that sometimes life gets in the way of plans. We operate a 48-hour cancellation policy: if you don't let us know at least 48 hours before a session, you'll be charged for it.

Your safety
Your welfare and your dog's are very important to SCDT, and we'll do our best to provide a safe environment to train in. Because of the nature of dog training, we ask that you take due care of your own safety and that of those around you.
All equipment is maintained to a high standard, and the training and information we provide is up to date and appropriate. If you have any worries or concerns, please raise them straight away so we can address them promptly.
